KYRGYZSTAN
Our journey begins in Kyrgyzstan where we are meeting and interviewing young girls about their goals, their dreams, and what they hope to gain from their education. Not only are we asking what they want for themselves, but also what they want for their families and their country. Kyrgyzstan is vast, rugged, and incredibly diverse. The plan is to travel to five different provinces to get an idea of how schooling, and life in general, differs for girls in urban vs. rural landscapes within the country.
